I have long thick hair so it's always important for me to towel dry it to reduce drying/styling time and avoid long term damage from overheating. Thing is, I just don't like the weight of an ordinary towel on my head because it can get really annoying after a while. That's why I decided to give it a try. On first use I found it easy to use and stays in place. that means he hasn't slowly crawled onto the back of his head over time! And not a single water leaked from my wet hair and didn't leave wet stains on my clothes. I kept it on for about an hour and a half and when I took it off my hair was still pretty damp! After that I tried a few more times and tried to towel dry my hair. Each time my hair was not dried significantly. So now I only use it when I'm deep conditioning or oiling my hair and it keeps the product from getting anywhere. Easily washable in the washing machine. The bottom line is that if you want to use it to dry your hair and your hair is long or medium length, you're better off using a towel. Hope that helps!
