Great software for customer experience management

It's easy to use, it is very helpful in assessing our business performance so far as customer experience management. I didn't like that i hadn't used this tool before but once we got started my thoughts changed quickly. Our main problem was getting feedback from customers which had nothing to do with surveys or even traditional market research methodologies. The team behind accelerator managed to solve our problems in providing us an idea of how far we were off mark when compared to competitors' services. I like that it is very easy to use, has great customer support, and provides accurate results for each of our products. It also includes customer feedback from social media which can give an idea about how well we are doing with communication channels. Nothing in particular as this software works fine but you might want to consider other tools when looking at metrics. We have used accelerate cx since 2011 and have been using it every year to get new ideas for improvement.

  • Easy interface; good user friendly design everything looks intuitive! Great way of tracking data both by salespeople (who provide valuable information)and regular people who love giving their opinion while not having enough time/skills required :)Great product wise approach too.we never feel overwhelmed after working out some numbers..it just makes
