Hyaluronic Lotion is not a moisturizer - it is part of your skincare routine. The principle of hyaluronic acid is to "attract" and store moisture. So you need to apply this to clean, slightly damp skin (either with water or after your toner) and just a little bit for a long lasting effect. Apply, leave to soak in, dry, then apply a MOISTURIZER on top to hold. I use the Korean 10-Step Skincare Routine, but you must use it as it is intended for the best, most amazing results! When you do this, your skin will be as soft as a baby's bottom!
