The best thing about this host of mine was fast response time to my questions or concerns! I needed help setting up some servers for an upcoming project and they were very helpful in explaining how everything worked together even when i couldn't understand what it meant by their explanation!! Great customer service there - just get them as soon you need support (even if its only once). Nothing really at all to dislike here; great experience with Atlanticehosts so far but not too sure about future plans/upgrade etc. Have used various other hosts before switching over from GoDaddy which wasn’t good enough either due mainly because we had technical difficulties using our website constantly. This has helped us resolve those issues though plus have a better understanding overall how things work online now :).
