Review on DALSTRONG BBQ Pitmaster Meat Knife by Rob Overturf

Years ago I had a similar knife that I found very useful when grilling until the tip of the fork broke. I know some people think the forked tip might be a gimmick, but I think it works really well. I can easily turn flank steaks or chicken breasts. And the knife is an exceptionally good slicer. I have several other Dalstrong knives and they are very sharp and well made. As for the cap/bottle opener lifter, I haven't used it but looks like it will do the job. I have no regrets buying this knife and as an avid BBQ enthusiast I use it all the time. I also take it with me on camping trips so I don't have to carry tongs to flip everything on the grill.
