I use them to freshen my breath but that's not the main reason I buy them. You know that annoying sore throat that makes you cough and is so hard to get rid of? Well, if you take one of the cinnamon sticks and put it back in your mouth, it'll leave you ticklish for a while. And it stops the cough!
