It has all important features that I needed as an administrator to manage large number of customers. The UI looks very simple but offers lots of options.The support team is also very helpful. There might be some minor bugs here and there related with call recording feature in which the recordings are not available in the cloud. Nothing much to dislike apart from that. If you're looking for call centre software, this one is definitely worth a try. Call recording feature, Admin console, multi-language support, auto-invoicing etc.
