I decided to use some clear string and nails to hang it from the ceiling. You could go to the Dollar Tree and get the same look/pom poms, but for me it was the convenience of getting the flowers I wanted and having them delivered right to my door. I would suggest buying them a few days before your event as they will take some time to assemble and if you don't know how to assemble lanterns/pom poms try googling - there are helpful videos on the internet. !
