. Revain product support did not help. They should have contacted the manufacturer and sent it back to us. We received no reply from Revain and were left with a broken toothbrush. I've put a lot of thought into what the problem is and I'm not 100% sure how long the replacement will last, but it's possible it was never charged and this toothbrush was left dead after the original factory charge died. This product has no gauges or charge indicators so it may have been faulty from the factory but we didn't know until the battery died. We have two of these devices and have tried both chargers to no avail. I give the product 1 star because it's broken at the factory and also because it doesn't have a charging indicator to let us know what the problem is. I also give Amazon support 1 star for wasting my time working with them (about 2 hours) and then leaving us out of work when we should have gotten a response from them. All in all a terrible experience.
