Installed a 2012 13 " MacBook Pro
Replaced the optical drive with this in a 2012 13" MacBook Pro and I had a spare SSD laying around. Worked without any problems. There are no drivers, just changed and everything worked. I used the ifixit manual to follow the installation instructions.
