Will not work with my Wacom Cintiq

I bought this to connect my 2007 Wacom Cintiq 20WSX (DVI and USB) to my new 13" MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt 3. Despite numerous reboots/connects and disconnects, the Cintiq only showed an image for about 5 seconds before it disappears when used with this hub.Very disappointing considering there don't seem to be many dongles that meet all of the above requirements, not to mention how incredibly expensive they can be.So Jerk!
