Great durable material with deep ribs and sidewalls to trap water, dirt and grime. You can be assured that the mats will not slip or move as these mats are held in place with floor panel fasteners. Perfect fit for my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. There's no cover just under the gas pedal, but I suspect it's a safety design so the mat never gets tangled with the gas pedal. Excellent value compared to WeatherTech or Husky price points. Also, I don't feel weird as some other reviewers have written. I chose Rugged Ridge for my front mats, second row mats and rear cargo area mat and am very happy with my purchase.
