This is a great cut pasta. It opens and closes smoothly and contracts to the desired size. It would be nice if the wing nut bolts (to tighten everything in place) had some sort of knurling to keep them from turning while you tighten the wing nuts, but with enough pressure on the bolt head the wing nuts will tighten just enough. Just don't over tighten them or you'll need a Phillips screwdriver to loosen them. I'll see what other tools they make that I can buy! Can't wait to use again.
