I purchased these products based on the good reviews from Amazing Ribs. I admit that the steel component is well made and they do a great job. However, the red paint is peeling off! Not that big of a deal unless you're trying to handle a $100+ piece of meat that has tiny flakes of red paint on it! If you want to save on paint, why bother eliminating it at all?!
