It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

I took it in a "business trip" set: open a bottle, cut a snack, and found an excellent sharp knife, which I sometimes use in the kitchen. Immediately impregnated with linseed oil (40 minutes in a water bath and dry for a day), there are no problems with swelling of the handle. A friend has been using the same one for 8 years, but without a corkscrew, the knife is still in service, still cutting sausage, cheese, etc., although it has not been sharpened and has never been corrected.
So it also works great as a chair!

Pros

Sharp, the size of the blade - that's it, the corkscrew dramatically expands the scope. The beech wood handle is aesthetically pleasing and feels great in the hand. Separately, it's nice that the manufacturer has a history, and not "made in China"

Cons

The handle requires impregnation, original covers are more expensive than a knife.
