I received my first only to find that the butterfly clip came loose on its own. The seller was quick to replace it and I am very impressed with how quickly and attentively PUGO TOP resolved the issue. For the most part everyone hopes you get what you pay for, well in this case I got more than I paid for. It even comes with a small tool to adjust the bracelet to fit your wrist. Others don't seem to offer that. I spent a lot of money on my Apple iWatch and this watch band is just as cool as the watch. Major Impressed by this band! UPDATE I bought this in September 2018 and it still looks brand new! Major impressed! UPDATE!. September 2020 and I just caught my watch strap pulling my hand out of a tight spot (dummy) and broke one of the pivot pins. Guilty. I'm ordering a replacement as it's the best value for money I've found! Major impressed!
