One of the straps is reversed and the velcro does not stay on this shoe so the shoe just keeps falling off my son.

I bought these on purpose as I buy them annually for my kids, they have always been a good shoe and have held up well until this delivery. I'm not sure if this is a general problem or if it's just a pair I have but for us it was a waste of money, I bought them to wear on vacation to the beach but until I send them back and get a refund or send a new pair we have already been there and got them back so i will buy a new pair in store to avoid another problem these would be great shoes if we didnt have this problem they fit like expected and they seem to be long lasting, that's bad!
