The adapter that came with this brush does not fit my Shark Rocket. Luckily I had another adapter on hand as a spare. The bristles are stiff, but they have an edge over the same Shark brush. Sometimes you need a stiff brush to remove dirt and dust from certain types of surfaces. I use each brush depending on what needs to be done. This brush is angled in a fixed position unlike my Shark brush. The downside to this is that it doesn't fit into tight spaces. The advantage is that when you press the surface, the brush does not change its position, unlike the Shark brush, which has to be constantly moved at the desired angle.
