The second time I took the thing out of the box and put it on the counter it stuck. It didn't move, but it was easy enough for me to break the seal off my desk to pick it up. I later noticed that it even has a little tab that you can pull to break the seal. The spoon and fork are made from the same durable silicone as the plate. They are flexible and have handles big enough for little hands to grab. I feel brave enough to say that they might even chew a little on a teething baby or a bored toddler. The plate consists of three spacious sections with a high rim to prevent splashing. It can even be washed in the dishwasher! Super comfortable. Definitely recommend for your little one
