with additional license plate cover on bracket, this bracket is interfering with one of my parking sensors hence driving it crazy when reversing. It's hit and miss, so sometimes my sensor picks it up and beeps like someone's even in the ER, and other times it's quiet. I also have to reset it every time I wash the car because it slips when I drive through a car wash. I unscrewed it once, I had to pull it up. I recommend tightening the screws very firmly so that the vibrations when riding or the headwind don't affect the position, but also don't break it. in general it works fine. there probably wouldn't be a problem with the parking sensor if I didn't use the extra plate cover, but it looks a lot better with it. And be wary of car washes, you may need to check to make sure the position is off every time you drive through.
