Inexpensive Good quality for small appliances
I bought this product because I like the features such as the ability to reheat croissants and the easy cleaning of the crumb tray. However, I gave the overall grade 1 because the first time I used the toaster, the toaster lever was not blocked on one side. So I figured I'd just use the other side instead, but even on the highest setting my toast doesn't brown. The bagel button also doesn't work because the bread comes out the same as when I put it in the toaster. DO NOT BUY this product. You will waste your time and money.
