The product is not bad. it just doesn't work. I had a "Smell Pig" that worked better as a vent for a septic system and was fine. This Wolverine may have more ventilation space than it needs, definitely more than Smell the Pig. Too bad we don't have an industry that can test these products for chemical solutions - baking soda + charcoal?
