These were very unique smart LED lights. There's an app you can connect to use it and change the lights and colors, or it has a remote control that works too. The light also works and changes depending on the sounds around it or the music which is really cool. My son loves this feature as well as the sleep mode which gives a great sense of calm with the lights on. Set up was very easy, sockets were supplied which you just insert the light into, the lights have an attached cord, it comes with a cord so it was easy and plugged in and unplugged as needed to save space create setting in and between his computer. Unlike other flashlights like this one, this one actually plugs into a wild plug instead of USB, giving more access to his USB for use with other devices he has plugged into his computer and desktop. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs table or play lights, my son uses these for all his activities and I would buy more for him if he needs one.
