The quality of this bag just amazed me! At first glance it was a bit higher than expected (I thought it was more east-west than it is), but that's okay. 3 main departments house a variety of "things". I like that the seams on the shoulder straps aren't covered in the material often found on higher quality bags, as this material will still peel off with regular use of the bag. I took a star because I wished I had more inside pockets and arm room. I can't carry it over my shoulder when wearing a thick winter coat, but that might not be an issue if you have a smaller stature. Despite the two minor issues mentioned, this will definitely be my everyday bag. All in all it was a good buy. I'm glad I have it in two colors!
