I have long, straight Asian hair that barely stays a curl. My hair is neither thin nor thick, but there are a lot of them. I'm also the worst at curling but this device is amazing. It's insanely easy to use - I figured it out on the second try. I put the device in my hair when it's 75% damp and then I sleep on it. It's hard to tell from the first photo, but I sleep with two clips that come with the kit and are on the top of my head. I found that in addition to the elastics, I also needed large hair clips on both sides (my own). If all three are present, it's pretty safe. When I take it out for the first time in the morning, the curls are very intense. However, after about 3 hours they become more relaxed and then I apply them with a light spray to allow them to last a couple of days. If you are short on time and/or not good at curling your hair but still want to look and feel beautiful without damaging your hair, you can buy this hairstyle.
