I have a pantry that isn't exactly walk-in, but is deep enough to always be dark. These are perfect for that. I like that they come attached to a magnetic strip so I can pick them up and use them if my power goes out during a storm (which happens to me all the time). When not being used for storm emergency lighting, they work great in a pantry. Motion sensors work fine and then turn off by themselves. My daughters have LED lights that I installed in their closet and they have a handheld remote to turn them on. You always leave them on and charge the batteries. Too bad I didn't find them first to put them in the closet as well.
