The brush is not worth the trouble. Not 16 feet of rope.

As mentioned, assembly is very time-consuming. Attached is a photo of the process. Tissue paper is very thin and takes forever to "roll up". There is also no way to hold brushes in brush form. They expect you to just curl up at the top, and it should stay that way on its own. Also, they claim it comes with 16.5ft of rope (which won't even be enough for all the tassels and the triangular banner), but it only comes with 11.5ft of rope. So you will definitely need more rope if you want to make 2 or more banners. Triangular flags and confetti are cute, but tassels are not.
