The best thing about smart merchander, it not only helps me manage my stock but also help with customer service as well! I like that you are able to make changes after hours using the mobile app which makes things easier for customers who have issues during normal office hours when i am working from home/office.

It's easy enough even if you're new at managing inventory so there isn't much to dislike other than maybe adding more features (like having an option for in store pick up). We use this software mainly because we sell online and want everything streamlined especially since our warehouse has limited staff.
