Review on Letters Artsy Etta Paint Number by Wendy Rodriguez

I chose Rose and got a crumpled canvas, good brushes and a nice palette. The screen is easy to read. The box says to take a picture of the canvas before starting work, but I have a card and reference image. There is advice on the box that I totally disagree with. It means painting over the white areas first - and every time I've ever done that, I've accidentally painted over them with an adjacent color. That's why I always paint over empty spaces last. ;) I like the reference photo of the painting best. I think when the reference photo is a photo, people get frustrated. They don't know that painting by numbers will look like Art Nouveau compared to a photo. It's far better to compare apples to apples for happy artists.
