It drives me crazy when a company that claims to voluntarily follow EEC guidelines doesn't list their ingredients on a product page. It also annoys me when a product mentions EWG but its product is not in the EWG database. It's true that most of the ingredients are listed as safe 1-2 in the EWG, which is green (I think since the bottle is only in Korean), but it adds synthetic flavoring, which is a big no-no, when it comes to claiming all that is natural. Unfortunately, companies don't have to specify exactly what the fragrance is made of, so people who are all-natural tend to stay away from that ingredient. Yes, they said it's 99.7% natural, so they don't lie, they just embellish the truth. This shampoo has a really strong smell but it leaves hair soft and smooth. Find out what works for hair and what doesn't. It took me months to figure out what works for my hair and the synthetic chemicals added don't work as they make my scalp dry and my hair dull. I think $28 is way too expensive for 10 fl oz and there are many other baby shampoos out there. where the best ingredients are available and at a much better price.
