This is a very nice men's belt. I think I expect it to be a bit longer for "Medium" so if you're on the larger side of Medium I'd go for the large. It has a nice understated buckle and is reversible, allowing two leather belts to be used effectively in one. With the black and brown sides you have a belt for most outfits. I highly recommend this belt.
