Review on Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM lens, black by Adam Nikodem ᠌

There are some variations, but tolerable on the whole.

When compared to how it appears on the full frame, the cropped version is generally preferred. In the corners, dirt and soap buildup are less evident. for the purpose of providing a lens for everyday standards. He is not overly contrite, but it is unlikely that the picture will be improved by his presence. Extremely dependant on the lighting and other shooting conditions. Solid middle dude. The price tag is obviously excessively expensive. Some pros: On the secondary market, prices aren't too bad of an option. The quality of the build is satisfactory. There is no chitchat going on. Metal bayonet. Got cons? Bokeh stinks to high heaven. In practice, the lens only has two aperture settings—f4 and f8—that it can use. Both the before and the intermediate stages are utterly unimpressive. Especially open ones. You can still take pictures with an aperture of 2.8, but not any smaller. Chromatite, vignett, and the edge is not particularly crisp.
