Got my first 200W. Out of the box it should flash two degrees 88F, then go to "Factory Reset" at 67 degrees F. The first flashed 88F degrees once, then went to "Factory Settings" 92F degrees. The second (backup heater) is the same except it went to "factory settings" of 90F degrees. video attached. The problem is that you can ONLY TURN THESE HEATERS ON. You cannot turn them off. So the only option is to send it back AGAIN or cook my fish! Do they even test them before shipping? Well the reason I gave this two stars and not one is because first of all the suction cups work. Second, the 300 watts that I also bought for my large aquarium worked exactly as described. So I think they may have received a bad batch of 200 watts. But now that I know you can't put these heaters down, I will never buy one again.
