I was very skeptical because of the price. I have breastfed 6 children and have used different breast pumps over the years. Some have terrible suction power, and electric ones weren't any better in my opinion, so I opted for manual. I have a 4 week old baby and I bought him before he was born. I can say that it works well. Suction is good, although some reviews say it has poor suction. It works just as well as any other hand pump I've had. The only thing I don't like is that the suction power isn't really adjustable, despite the small switch on the back that within a week still fell off. And I hate that it doesn't have side hook handles like other big brand pumps to attach storage bags to so I can pump straight into the bags instead of using a bottle and then carrying it into my bag. All in all it was worth the money. I don't pump often, but when I do it helps.
