Even if the hair looks amazing, the locking system has a 50/50 chance of working. Before installing my installer, I watched an instructional video that said you only have to grind the lock once and you're done. I bought my packs at my local makeup store and the first day I wore the socks many started to open. Luckily my installer was able to find a temporary solution and put rubber bands around the loop to try and stop it from loosening. I would suggest buying a trial pack and trying it out for a day before buying enough for your entire style.
