Pros: Bright for the price Easy to use Good switch Con Better for accent lighting Not exactly waterproof Batteries difficult to put in I bought the red version to use as a tail light on the bike. I have to admit it's very bright, has a fixed mode and three flash modes. I hate a light that requires you to scroll through 10 different modes to turn it off, so only 4 is a welcome change. The power button has a nice rubber cover that makes it waterproof, but the battery cover is a simple latch that doesn't look like it will seal well. The battery cover is difficult to open and close as it appears to be poorly shaped. I need to charge my batteries every two weeks by using it for 30 minutes a day. A tool such as a screwdriver is required to remove the batteries from the slot. B. a slotted screwdriver required. Installation is as easy as an accent light, just attach the included cable ties. But I was going to mount it straight back, and my bike had very few perfectly vertical or horizontal tubes. No matter how I tried to mount it, it was tilted up or down, so it wasn't as bright for cars. I ended up using two extra zip ties to mount it horizontally on the basket stand. All in all a good $10 flashlight, but since it's not sold by Revain I had to pay $15 (with shipping) for one and I'm not sure if it's worth it.
