Not what I expected from the brand name
I look forward to adding quality baking sheets to my arsenal. I have a Doughmakers 9x 13 pan which I like because the scratches when slicing the cake in the pan are not as noticeable. These baking sheets had the same textured finish but were a lot thinner than I thought they would be. Another issue I had is the adhesive used to stick the utility and care paper to the baking sheet itself. I've tried everything from hot water to olive oil to glue remover but I can't get the glue off! Even a scraper with a spatula didn't work! Thank goodness I use parchment paper to bake cookies! If they sag in the oven I'll return them! I would not recommend or repurchase these baking sheets. I'm sticking with Norpro for baking sheets. Update: They bend at 475 degrees (cookies)
