So this is a very good lightweight welding helmet. I used it for MIG welding and it worked great. The lens is large and gives you a very good field of view. I'm just an amateur welder, not a professional, so I have very limited experience with auto-darkening welding helmets. But for my use I am very happy with it. It came disassembled but it was an easy job without even looking at the instructions. The fit is very good, easy to adjust and comfortable. It also came with a nylon storage pouch to keep it clean and scratch-free, as well as extra lens protection. I haven't done any actual UV testing of the helmet so I can't comment on that. I like it and would recommend it as an inexpensive alternative to the professional hobbyist versions.
