When I first got them I was disappointed. I tried different earplugs and found the biggest ones for my ears. I already had Shure Se535 headphones and AlienEars headphones so this was my comparison. I thought I should have reversed them. The image in the info shows the wires being pushed outward, closer to the top of the ear, over the earcup. I played around a bit, slipped them in, and then they sounded a lot better, with a sudden bass punching through. So if they seem flimsy and tinny at first, be persistent with your setup. I ended up ordering foam tips from Moondrop as well, but I almost had a heart attack when I came across shipping to Canada. They are very good but no better than my 535s. They're very crisp, especially at high frequencies, but they lack the 3D that the Shure has. Also, Shures are easy to assemble, while Blessings require some fiddling. AlienEars is a combination of both. You get what you pay for. This is not a $1000 IEM for $300 as some claim. They are very good for the price.
