No instructions included. For such a simple device, most of the operations are very simple, with one exception. Turn off the device! That's right, the only way to turn off this device is to remove the battery. If my device is just broken, I can't find the shortcut keys to turn it off. I thought it would turn itself off but no, 24 hours have passed and the battery is still burning. Was it my fault for not noticing how tiny the device is, despite having a decently readable display for its size, but actually lacking an off button? Find one that has a way to turn it off without removing the battery!
