Brand new laptop only used twice and third time it turns off after exiting S mode which is a Microsoft feature. Ironically, after talking to Microsoft about canceling my son's account without reason, they told me to create a new one so he would lose his progress he started in apps, no help from them, f#€ % microsoft so i switched to chrome my son can do his schoolwork and when i got out of s mode in microsoft i downloaded chrome but before the setup was complete my chrome didn't go any further so i closed it and when i try to open it again it opened but different microsoft apps i found it weird so i turned it off and after 5 minutes it just stays blue light with no screen performance, this product is a waste of hard money folks. I have 2 other laptops that are practically brand new and my kids. don't use these products stay away, microsoft is down and every company associated with them is down with them, they don't meet basic needs like solving customer problems, tech syncing and waiting for other competing apps like apple and google . Have, sync and seamlessly integrate Just save yourself the headache if you're an old techie or new to the tech world, it'll make you gray and old, too many inexplicable and unnecessary hoops to do nothing and it is difficult to find this company online for support is a clear sign to stay away from such a product!
