Very disappointed! suitable for men
I ordered one of these hats from E4 in black a few years ago and it has held up well. The hat brand was OTTO. I decided to order another one in blue from the same seller. When I got my new one, it wasn't OTTO, it was Nissi Caps, a much worse hat. First, the size is much smaller and requires me to open the back tongue almost completely. The last drop that broke the camel's back is that the back strap does not stay in place - a defect! To return.
