I like that it is easy for employees to use, has an excellent customer service team who are very helpful and supportive. It can be difficult sometimes when you need support or help but they do get back to you very quickly. Can't add images into emails so this was great as we could communicate in person if needed without too much hassle! We had some issues with our email addresses not being correct at first which made us struggle slightly but after contacting their customer services team everything sorted itself out pretty nicely. So this may have been my fault, but definitely would recommend using ink pact over other providers due to ease of implementation and customer care.
