Review on Anker Powerline Charging Charge MacBook by Tone Hatton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

This is a very good cable.

Looks good, feels good. Connects well. The problem is that no company seems to understand any standards when it comes to USB-C. I have LOTS of devices that use this connector and this cable is only compatible with 2 of them. Unfortunately it doesn't include what I bought it for. I bought it to charge my phone and dock it along with the Nano II power bank. The brick that came with the docking station was only 10W, obviously a bit more - which is good if you're charging multiple devices from the same brick. The brick itself works fine but the cable doesn't work at all. If you have newer Nintendo products, you know that many USB-C devices do not charge them, neither does this cable. This is nice but ultimately useless as I already had a solution for this. So now I have this super good cable that does absolutely nothing for me. 100w cords use multiple lines for power and I don't see why plain cords aren't part of that choice. Gather everything together. Tech company, you get a super awesome connection that does literally everything we use cables for and removing the features is laziness and little added gain I think. why the ones below are not part of this selection.
