I bought these shoes for a one year old child. They're very well made and very cute, a lovely pink color, but the best part is that they don't have any chemical smell. Unfortunately they didn't fit my daughter so I contacted the mobile number on the bill. I chose to text rather than call and my text was answered within 4 minutes. The lady I corresponded with (I found out later that she is also a mother) was very personable and understanding and immediately offered a refund or replacement. I decided to switch because I LOVE the shoes and the exceptional quality. She ended up sending me 8 replacements (at no extra cost to me) to see which would be best for my daughter and a returns label to return what I didn't want to keep. Talk about great customer service! If you're hesitating because of the price or because, like me, you're struggling to find shoes for your child, order with confidence. The price is worth it as not only are the shoes/sandals amazing and high quality but they are backed by outstanding customer service.
