The tool is great for customer-facing marketing, such as social media management or email campaigns with integrated analytics in one place! It's also helpful to track user activity across channels (e.g., Google Analytics). Some of their features are less intuitive than others (such as A/B testing), but it has been easy enough get used to them over time. We have seen increased engagement from our audience using this platform compared to when we were managing all account information manually; however, there remains room for improvement overall. Our key business challenge was keeping up with all aspects related to tracking accounts within a single interface instead of spread throughout multiple platforms.
