We love Maple Holistics. I am severely allergic to several shampoo ingredients (oozing blisters on my scalp defeats the purpose of washing my hair) and this was the first shampoo I could use without problems. Actually I bought it for my husband as I usually use MH Sage or MH Degrease Shampoo. He said it helped exfoliate. I've tried it a couple of times and I'm not a big fan of the scent (although it dissipates once hair dries) but it rinses out well and doesn't irritate my scalp.
