Doesn't output 4k 60 HDR10/Dolby Vision

I bought this item to split the NVidia Shield Pro signal between AVR and TV (because my AVR HDR/Dolby Vision doesn't Firstly the device I got didn't output 60Hz 4k, in fact I got it to work 1 time by restarting and changing the HDMI ports on the device a couple of times but switched after a few minutes it switched back to 1080p. I found that the unit was faulty because it says it supports 4k 60 HDR/DV. The replacement unit has the exact same issue. I also tested it on my XBox One X and was wondering wondering if it's a Shield Pro and it has the same problem, I have an old HDMI splitter that doesn't support Dolby Vision and when you switch back to it everything works as expected - it recognizes 4k 60 HDR10 (no DV of course ).
