Review on 4.5-inch Boye Red Knitting Loom Hook by Jessica Lewis

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Poor ergonomics Causes hand fatigue

I'm new to weaving so I didn't know about the quality of loom hooks. But after I finished my first hat, I noticed my hand hurt. I found a YouTube channel called Loomachat that showed a loom hook that was "thickened" with tiny rubber bands to make it more ergonomic! This is very important to me as I plan to knit on a loom and I need a crochet hook that is as easy to use as possible. I do not recommend this thin hook. Maybe others don't have this problem.

Pros
  • Designed for use on a loom to grab yarn and pull it through a pin.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
