I would like to update my review. Boston Terrier weighing 30 pounds. We use it for camping and it's been grabbed, pulled, stuffed, pulled, pulled, hammered. I would buy this again. I am very happy with it. We went camping in December and left this in front of our RV at 70mph wind and rain. We threw him some wrapped logs to hold him up and he still works and is in great shape. I'm still very happy with it as you can see my furry kids love it. I am adding a newer picture. Also, I'm still very happy that this is a local Seattle/Washington company. If and when I get fed up I will definitely order more! It survived the first use. the dogs tore it through. I think you should use common sense when considering such a topic. Are your dogs the type to jump up and tear through stuff like that? Does it matter how thick the fabric of the tent is if your dog goes haywire and breaks through to escape? My two Bostonians stayed there for the weekend. Of course as soon as they show signs of wanting to get out we let them go so they don't scratch themselves and ruin it, to be honest we don't want them to be stressed and scared of it either. We threw in two dog beds, four fleece blankets and tons of toys and made it a safe, cozy place for them to relax while we camp. Usually they are kept in our camper or on a leash so they can see us but remain safe and confined. Our male is 27 lbs, 10+ years old and very soft, our female is 2 years old, 22 lbs and well behaved. The second she scratched, we said no. It held up well for a two day trip to camp. The dogs were never left unattended. My only disappointment was putting it back together. For $25 if this survives another trip to camp I'll be happy. Also, this is a local Washington store, so I prefer to spend my money locally.
